Please note that the Full Conference Ticket is not refundable but can be transferred to another delegate. Full Ticket can be converted to Virtual Ticket up to 10 days prior to the event, and a refund of the difference of the ticket will be provided. If such conversion is requested within less than 10 days from the event, Virtual Ticket will be offered with no option of a refund. This is due to hotel catering numbers reporting requirements.
