How do I register?

To register yourself or someone else for AGIC 2019 Australia, please click here or follow the prompts under the Registration section of this website. 

What's included in a Full Conference registration? 

A Full Conference registration includes attendance to Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference program, attendance at the Welcome Drinks on Wednesday 31st July and the Conference Dinner on Thursday 1st August 2019.  

How do I cancel my registration? 

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager. For cancellations received up to, and including,  30 June 2019, you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.  After early bird closes on July 5th 2019, there will be no refund. 

Can I make changes to my my registration or transfer it to someone else? 

All changes to your registration can be notifying the AGIC events team at events@ausgrainsconf.com.  Please do not submit another registration form.

If you can no longer attend and need to transfer your registration to another person, please contact the event organisers who will be able to manually do this.

Can I bring my partner to the conference gala dinner?

Partners are certainly welcome to the CBH Conference Dinner on Thursday 1st August 2019.  Additional 'Dinner Only' tickets are available for sale.  

What parking is available?

Parking is available on site at Crown.  Please visit our venue information for more details.
