FAQs

What is AGIC 2020 LIVE?

AGIC 2020 LIVE is an online conference held on Thursday 30th July 2020.  It will bring you all the benefits of attending our conference in person – the networking opportunities, learnings from industry experts, the chance to bounce ideas off your peers... with the added perk of doing it from the comfort of your office, home or on the move.

We’re using an innovative virtual event platform to bring you an experience that’s as close to the ‘real thing’ as possible. To attend, simply use any device, from anywhere with an internet connection.

Where will the event be held?

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.

How do I register?

To register yourself or someone else for AGIC 2020 LIVE, please click here or follow the prompts under the Registration section of this website.

How do I log in on the day of the event?

Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event. You can use these details to access the online event. Please note, the email address that you register with, along with an additional password provided a week prior to the online event, will gain you access to the Conference. This is a “pay per viewer” ticket and available on one device at a time only. You cannot share your email or unique log in with others.

The main reason I come to AGIC is to network with my peers and potential customers, how can I do that virtually?

That’s easy!

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle throughout the conference, including:

·       drop into the Network Hub for one-on-one meetings, group chats and themed workshops

·       visit the Exhibitor Hall to meet key contacts in real-time

·       ask the industry experts your burning questions during the live Q&A sessions in the Auditorium

Delegates will also virtually receive each other’s ‘business cards’ for follow up and future business opportunities.

We still have some sponsorship opportunities available too if you’d like to further amplify your business offering to our grain industry audience. Please contact the Event Manager for further information.

Will I be able to take away any documents or files from the event?

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a Delegate Bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the virtual Delegate Bag and then email them to yourself or share items with colleagues and friends by simply entering their email.

The timings of the live sessions are not convenient for me. Can I still participate in the event?

The event will remain open 24/7 for 30 days. Therefore, you can attend whenever it’s convenient for you during this period of time.

How do I cancel my registration?

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager. For cancellations received up to, and including,  31 May 2020, you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.  After this date, there will be no refund, however, the registration is transferable to another person. Please see below regarding registration transfers.

Can I make changes to my registration or transfer it to someone else?

All changes to your registration can be notifying the AGIC events team at events@ausgrainsconf.com.  Please do not submit another registration form.

If you can no longer attend and need to transfer your registration to another person, please contact the event organisers who will be able to manually do this.

Can I invite my colleagues and friends to attend the event?

Absolutely. We are counting on you to invite others! Help us spread the word. You can simply share the link to this website, and they can register at their convenience.
