How do I register?
Registers will open soon for AGIC 2023.
What's included in a Full Registration?
A Full registration includes attendance to Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference program, including morning tea and afternoon tea and lunch on both days. It also includes a ticket to the Welcome Drinks on day 1, and the CBH Gala Dinner at the Melbourne Room, MCEC on Day 2.
What's included in a Registration - no dinner?
A registration - no dinner includes attendance to Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference program, including morning tea and afternoon tea and lunch on both days. It also includes a ticket to the Welcome Drinks on day 1.
Where at the MCEC is the dinner?
The CBH AGIC Dinner is held in the Melbourne Room at MCEC. The dinner begins at 7.00pm and it is a 10 minute walk from Crown Promenade.
Can I make changes to my my registration or transfer it to someone else?
All changes to your registration can be notifying the AGIC events team at events@ausgrainsconf.com. Please do not submit another registration form.
If you can no longer attend and need to transfer your registration to another person, please contact the event organisers who will be able to manually do this.
I can no longer attend face-to-face. What are my options?
If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please contact the Event Organizer via email who will be able to manually do this.
Cancellation by REGISTARNT - Please note that your ticket to not refundable but can be transferred to another colleague at any time prior to the event, provided the Conference Manager is notified in writing. COVID Clause: if state or federal government regulations or restrictions are imposed in your state and prevent your from travelling, your ticket can either be a) transferred to another person or b) converted to a virtual registration. No refund will be issued.
